2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Lace Apple Garden is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (for international orders) are the customer’s responsibility

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure availability for delivery

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Lace Apple Garden is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages
  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly

We recommend shipping to a secure location to prevent theft.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with:

  • Clear photos of the damage and packaging

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of your claim.

8. Split Shipments

  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on availability
  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers
