here’s what i’m doing:
- use up what you already heave before repurchasing
- use the good stuff: perfumes, clothing, products
it’s just taking space in your mind by sitting there and you bought it, you deserve to use it
- fridge clean out: get rid of all those caked up condiments, spray down all the surfaces, be intentional with grocery shopping, plan your meals ahead to avoid food waste
- no plastic containers, glass containers are more chic even if they’re a repurposed jar of jelly
- donate stuff you don’t reach for, purge it now, that stuff that’s in your closet you haven’t touched in weeks is like a dark cloud glooming over you. it has to go, like yesterday
- shop simply & sustainably: buy cotton or silk over polyester and you won’t have to repurchase as often, quality over quantity here
- physical clutter = mental clutter = unnecessary stress
let me know how you’re implementing minimalism — big or small
